In Villa d’epoca di inizio ‘900,c’è un elegante appartamento completamente ristrutturato, con magnifica vista mare e costa da quasi ogni stanza. Dotata di tutti i comfort,compresi condizionamento d’aria e riscaldamento. L’appartamento si presenta con un ampio soggiorno con un grande divano d’angolo per la visione della TV; da qui si accede ad una bella terrazza dove si può fare colazione e sdraiarsi a prendere il sole.
Accanto al soggiorno, sala da colazione e cucina attrezzata di tutti gli elettrodomestici. Più in la vi sono due camere doppie con servizi privati (doccia, lavabo, bidet, w.c.) L’appartamento è su due piani: il secondo è un sottotetto mansardato, dove è la “suite”: una camera matrimoniale, due salotti, un ampio bagno (vasca, lavabo, bidet, w.c.) con antibagno. |

The villa
In a building dating from early ‘900 an elegant flat, completely reconditioned with a magnificent view over sea and coast from almost all rooms. All comforts included, first of all air conditioning and heating.
The flat is on two levels. At the lower one there is a wide comfortable living room with TV; from it you can accede to a beautiful terrace over the sea, where you can have breakfast and get a sun bath. Then there is the breakfast room and the kitchen, with all the electric appliances. Further there are two double bedrooms with private bathrooms (shower, lavabo, bidet, w.c.).
At the upper level, in the loft, there is a “suite”: a double bedroom, two lounges and a wide private bathroom (bath, lavabo, bidet, w.c.) with ante-bathroom.
